TOURNAMENT DETAILS
Join us for a round robin-style pickleball tournament hosted by the South East Pickleball Club. This two-day event includes both singles and doubles, with three skill divisions: Beginner (2.0 - 3.0), Intermediate (3.0 - 4.0), and Advanced (4.0 - 5.0+). The doubles winner of each division will take home $250, and the singles winners will take home $100. All participants will receive a shirt and a goodie bag included in their registration fee.

Format:
All matches will follow a round robin format within each skill division. This ensures every team or player gets multiple games, with top finishers advancing or receiving placement recognition depending on the final standings. The top two teams or players from each division will advance to a single elimination bracket, where they will compete for the championship. The overall winner of the tournament will receive a $250 cash prize.
Please arrive early for check-in and to ensure you're ready to go at your scheduled time. All participants must compete in the division that best matches their current skill level.
WINNER PAYOUTS & AWARDS
Prize money will be awarded to the winners of each division, with the following payouts:

Doubles Winners (Each Division): $250 per team

2nd and 3rd Place (All Divisions): Medal awards
REFUND AND WEATHER POLICY
All registrations are non-refundable starting September 1st. No exceptions will be made after this date, as event costs and preparations will already be underway.
In the event of inclement weather, the tournament will be postponed to the following weekend, and all entries will automatically carry over. We will communicate any weather-related changes as early as possible to ensure participants have time to adjust.
